Car beeps 3 times after 100 yards after i set off moving.
Its a 1.9 lx 1999 diesel. Also the Interior light stays on when left on the turn off when doors closed.
Any help would be good Thanks

the light: what position is the switch in? centre is off, towards the back seats is on with the ignition and towards the windscreen is auto (think thats right)

when it beeps do any warning lights come on?

No warning lights, and there set to turn off with the doors shutting which is towards windscreening going by the little picture next to the light.

The sensor in the door might have gone or something

So it doesn't come up with anything? How about "anti-pollution fault" on the display?

Does the light start flashing when you start driving? Maybe this is only muxed cars though....

Yeah when i start driving is when the light starts flashing, and no nothing on the display comes up..

i don't think it's old enough for the writing o nthe display but the flashing interior light tells me for certain that one of the door sensors has failed and is telling the car its open all the time
