how much would i be looking at to get my boot smoothed/how much?(roughly)
just because i want to have it done but i dont know how to go about it, any advice would be apreciated Smile

If this is good or not I don't know but I've seen it linked a few times. I would have thought just using filler would crack over time.

i wn2 do mine too u will have to build a button inside to to undo the boot

or you could put the button were the rear wiper is seen it a few times looks slick Razz

Mine was on the pug when I got it but I have sum good Friends who do bodywork they would quote around 300 to do the work n if say u wanted it done u could come up London way n we do it for u make they wouldn't jus fill it they would put a plate in where the recess I'd n weld it up them fill n skim it ect

i did my own for less than £70 using one of them pannels

including painting it,


edit: in primer.... i225.photobucket.com/a...CI0046.jpg cant find a painted one

I was looking at the panels the other day and they do seem a valid option but as said nothing beats welding a steel piece in there.

there's a garage on my road that do it using lead to fill the bit were the number plate is, think they quoted me around £130-£150 that didnt include painting though.

He removed the boot strip then smoothed it over basically Very Happy
