Hi guys, new on here but im no stranger to cars but i have two questions;
1) Can 206 shoes be adjusted without drum removal?
2) are they slighty different to others as when i adjusted them up( slight drag on drum) they are binding, but i could easily turn them by hand before fitting wheels back on??
unless cables have stuck/frozen on i'm abit stumped!!
cheers
steve

i'm not entirely sure about the 206 but some cars do have adjusters.the easy way to tell is by removing the wheel and see if there is a hole in the drum.if the car doesn't have one then you can't adjust it just like the one's on my mothers 106 1.1,they can't be adjusted.

yeah thanks for that mate, i remember now you say about the 106 i've seen that setup before!
mine has the manual adjusters, its just i don't know if they can be done without removing the drums, defo with them off but if not i'll have to take them off and bak the shoes off!

The automatic adjusters should take care of the shoes IF the adjusters are in good working order.
