iv got a 206, hdi 2.0L and there is a knocking/cliking nosie coming from the passanger side everytime i set off or jolt, like when your changing gear, some times when braking aswell. also engine seems to move alot or is this normal.

just wondering if anyone has any idea what this could be?

From the wheel passenger side? I had it on my drivers side and got a new hub and it's smooth and quiet.

yeah front passenger side. seems like everytime it takes up the drive. anyone else

Could be your drop link on one side if it's when you're going over a bump and when the suspensions being made to work.

If not, I'm sure somebody else will come along and give suggestions. You'll get it sorted soon.

Well mine happened only under no real power, if I accelerated it made no noise, but as soon as my foot was off the pedal / changing gear it would just knock.

just had new bottem arm and checked everything last week, girlfriend was p**sing about with steering wheel when i hit a curb, she bent my bottom arm, nakered my gti 180 wheel!! grrr haha now iv got this noise, frightend it could be something to do with the drive

i had this turned out to be suspension top mount making click knocking noise could be this or a few things drop links best to get a mechanic to look at it
New car 2011 / Thoruim grey , 207 1.4 Vti 16v Sport 95bhp , tinted rear windows.

Old car 2000/ 206 2.0 hdi.
