Head gasket is blown.

Your car is also a 1.1, Peugeot never made a 1.2 206 Wink

Go get a quote from a garage, we are only guessing over the internet it's head gasket.

Might as well fit a new timing belt kit while its in bits Wink

Non bio washing powder / liquid / dishwasher tablets are the best things for cleaning cooling systems out.

Whichever you use it MUST be NON bio! ! !

Bio stuff will react with any oil in the coolant system & you will end up with a horrible sticky mess that will take you ages to clean out Laughing
