definition of hub centric:
•A situation where the center bore hole of a wheel is made to match up with the hub diameter of the vehicle; the wheel is then centered by the center hole, rather than the lug nuts.
taken from here: www.tireboys.com/expert_lexicon.htm
doesnt mean what you think it does, it means the spacers include "spigot rings" so that the wheel is a tight fit
know loads of people with those spacers and are fine

Those spacers are only usable with Wolfrace and Team Dynamic wheels or any non direct to pug fitment wheels.
If you looking at using spacers with direct to pug fitment wheels such as the oem one and anything that direct like oz racings, schmidts (the more expensive wheels) you require these.

These are the ones I'm running with both my RS wheels all round and also my Nimrods. 65.1 to 65.1 cb and 4x108. These spacers are the best type of hubcentric spacer money can buy as you use the shallow head bolts to bolt the spacer to the hub and then your original bolts to bolt wheel to the spacer. No worry about causing stress on the bolts if using the ones which you've listed as they require longer bolts and like Kieron has already explained they aren't as strong as those I've listed.
