Car is in the garage today, needs the drivers side wheel bearing replaced and they are quoting £160, sounds steep to me, remember getting the passenger side one done a year or so ago and didnt think it was that expensive, will check the reciept later though....

Asked them for a breakdown of the costs, labour was nearly £100 alone then forty odd quid for the part and then VAT. I think not.

Best thing to do is ring around!! Because prices vary from area to area!!!

Ive noticed a few people up north quoting prices of clutches for around £200, cheapest I cn find is £300,

So your price may be cheap for your area!
