I was excited to find out that I had this on my car. Yet if I have to flick the stick each time, I am not likely to be using it.

Same as the folding mirrors... If I have to manually use the switch to fold them in, they are staying out Smile

Very rare I use the follow me home headlights.

Only time I use the wiper service position is when im changing the wiper blades.

The folding mirrors get used a couple of times a week.

You all mean auto-lock or similar.

Deadlocking is completely different.

On your BSI (drivers fuse box), you will have a sticker with Siemens on it. Next to the barcode it will say BSI: xxxxx

The xxxxx are the model number, it will either be F01-00, F02-00 or F03-00

F01-00 = no chance
F02-00 = possibility if you have recent firmware
F03-00 = yes

Only on old BSI versions, i think Smile

Glad I have an old one then. So much easier, get out and they are on. And go off when car is locked or after about 30 secs.

The old BSI software versions is also full of bugs & lacks several features of the new BSI software versions Wink
