right i have a 2001 plate quiksilver and when i bought it only came with one key., i really want to upgrade to a flip key but have been told i cant. my current key is a circular sort of key with a top button sort of squarish which locks/unlocks the car and a smaler shape button below which alarms the car. was just wondering if i cant get it swapped across ike electronically could i just get a new flip key cut and lock doors manually. need help people any advise is great

Is it the one with the massive chrome lion? or the pear shaped one with a small plastic lion on the unlock/lock button?
I havent seen a kit for the preplexed (pear shape) key, you could do it using a kit for the multiplexed (big chrome lion) key but you'd lose the remote locking unless you found some way of getting the circuit in the key case.
If you had a new one off Peugeot they'd supply one exactly the same as the one you have now.
