He won't "need" shocks but would be advised, know plenty of people on 40mm springs without changing the shocks and they are fine.

£200! forget that, i paid £190 for supply and fit front springs and lower the rear. That was at a semi reputable garage. I suppose it's supply and demand really, if there aint many places that do it in cumbria, either cough up or take a drive further south for the day.

No I've seen his work, he works for a garage but will do it privately, hes done a fair few of the modded pugs down here.

iam in newcastle £100 full car, but i also recommed changing sturt top bearings and drop links at same time, but this is up 2 you.
