M.O.T time soon and my head lamp aim is to low ive tried ajusting it but the ajuster wont screw in properly does this mean i need to get a new head lamp or can i get the ajuster on its own .......

Yeh u can pik the adjuater up on ebay for about £10 posted normally

the screw that u screw to ajust the light keeps going round and nothings happening to the light its like the hole has gone to big

is it set to the dash (-) on the adjuster wheel in the car by steering wheel?
