Right i dont know if im being dumb but ive basically rebuilt the front of my car (rad, fan bumpers blah)

i took a fuse out of the bonnet fuse box however put it back in the same place.
there's no power what so ever any more not even to do my windows up... lights on the dash are very dim.. Is it a dead battery or something worse. Tryed jump starting it this didnt work

does sound like a battery problem.

Do you know what the fuse was for? The one you took out?

The earth to the fan wouldn't stop the car from starting. I mean if you have had the front in pieces have accidentally disconnected a main earth strap on the body of the car or engine/gearbox.
