I'm coming from stafford bang on the m6.

I'm ok for meeting at stafford an earlier service still, just the complicated it gets the more chance of it messing up and not being there on time Sad yeah my +1 is concerning me, more likely to be +2 or even 3 as well.

If we go by kersh's time planning to meet at hilton for 5.25 it should take around another 35-40 mins to get to hilton so we could meet at stafford at 4:50-5:00?

I just had a look and both services around stafford and both are north so unable to meet there and the closest one south is actually hilton. However if you get off at junction 13 (stafford south) there is a place called catch corner literally right next to the junction. Has travel lodges etc so we could meet there and get back on the motorway?

If you go on google maps and put in catch corner stafford it should come up, it's actually next to acton trussel. If not I can get some images.

Let me know if that sounds ok for you, otherwise I can't think of anything else apart from hilton.

Hotels seem to be roughly £60 a room for the night, and even if I travel down the night before it would still mean waking up at 6, so for the sake of an extra hour and a half I'm wondering if £60 is worth it lol

I'd be up for Corley if I'm travelling that day, but I'm alright with any changes that get made as long as its past walsall

Yeah we met an hour or so later last year for this exact problem lol (Think we met around 8-8:15) - Dont forget the clocks change on the saturday night / sunday morning of the show so your losing 1 hours sleep there too!!!

I'm leaving at 3/3:30am to make this show so I feel your pain!

Queues at the fast show start at about 6am mate, last year we missed the big part of it by going that bit later, 7-8 at the gates will be crammed.

Remember gates open at 8am - Just think how many people and cars are going to be qued outside waiting to get in Wink

Unless you get there stupidly early or that bit later than most groups you're in for a long wait.
