Service / exchange set or get your originals cleaned at the local injection specalist.

OR

Some injection specalists can clean them on the car as they have special equipment.

206 GTI, Ram air filter, lowered 35mm front, 50mm rear, Scorpion 3.5" Back box, phase 2 boot strip, m3 rear lights.. Not much more i want to do, just sorting the paint work out!

send them off to specialist or use some injector cleaner, i have found wynns is best cleaner i have used.

it just my car idles lumpy for 5 mins then is fine but at low revs it little jumpy but high revs in low gears it fine. i have put new glow plugs in last winter and new oil filter and oil and new fuel filter. so think it got be injecters

any diesel specialist should be able to do that for you. around 20-40quid per injectors
