ok so i need to get one of the screws out that holds the disc onto the front.... do i just literally heat it with a blow torch then drill it out with them reverse thread drill bits? would that work? thats what i've been told...

i tried that first mate, i'm not a compleet noob lol! but its just rounded off the head... they're more or less rusted in

The trick with brake disc screws is:
A decent fitting torx bit & impact driver
1 swift wack undo's them.
A decent make of brake disc will come with new screws anyway OR you can buy new screws from Peugeot / Citroen cheap.

got a bag of replacements off ebay for £3 .... but the head is completely f****d on it...

clean it throughoutly and them hammer the torx driver into it?
that torx screw aren't that tight

well i'm off to the shop in a bit to get a new oil filter so what would i need? i only have a drill and reverse thread drill bit things available (as well as other stuff) but thats the only things i have available to get screws out... but i'm not even making a dent with the drill and reverse thread stuff

Use some copper grease on the thread of the new one once you get it out.

i almost had to do this! those screws feel like they are made of TIN i chose a bigger torx screw and lightly tapped it into the problem screw and it came out to my relief
