Following my wobbly wheel fault, my worst fears have come true and the whole rear axle needs replacing needless to say I know its an expensive job! no chance anyone is breaking one, or knows a good breakers yard in the Newcastle/South Shields area?

Load of drum ones on ebay
Unless you want to upgrade to discs, they are rarer

Just come of the phone to a breakers yard in the isle of white from 'breakeryard.com' and quoted me £100 for the axle, waiting for a reply to find out postage charge, im assuming it'll be expensive!
EDIT: he just bumped it up by £50! £220 to get it posted here, a tad too high, the search continues

Any one know the name and size of the mounting bolts holding the axle to the car? I'm trying to find one or at least the price for one

Ebay is what im considering now, getting an average of around £110+VAT from a breakers, hoping to pay under £200 including fitting!

Thats far to easy
You know 95% of the people on here wont bother going to a Peugeot / Citroen dealer for parts
