I don't get why anybody other than those involved in motorsport would want to use anything other than the standard bolts.

Thats where most of us get our peugeot fitment wheel studs and nuts. I have used these guys and the quality is vey good. The nuts are very good if its flat faced your looking for, they get my vote

well i bought them as i was going to be putting brembos on me car and i needed the 20mm spacers. I searched everywhere and couldnt find flat seated bolts long enough so i went for a stud conversion kit, never got round to using it and i never will do now

I have 330mm rotors with Brembos. So easier wheel change without scratch paint on caliper or anything needed stud conversion. And you dont have to get it everything. Usualy you are posting very negative. Think and be positive.

I wasn't saying studs are a stupid idea. So read what is written before jumping to conclusions and offering 'advice'.
If there is a risk of scratching the calipers then I think a change of wheel change technique is needed rather than resorting to studs. I do appreciate for those using spacers it could be safer and easier to use studs.

i have only heard some bad points about grayston stud. no idea about their nuts.
In fact i still got a set of grayston stud and nuts. there is no way grayston stud and nuts come close to peugeot sport one.
when i first order 16 grayston studs, at least 4 of them can't be used as the thread is not clear cut. and i am sure i am not the only one has this problem.
Tecno stud is roughly the same price as peugeot sport stud though.

I'm not using spacer. I'm using two piece rotors with rotor hats. And on track days my friends will help to changing wheels. So I need to keep easy as much possible for them.

Actualy peugeot sport my first choice but i'm not sure its long enought for my custom rotor hats.

what wheel are you using?
what is the thread length of your bolts?

ok just got it checked.
pretty sure the 79mm thread stud is what you after, stand peugeot bolt has the same thread length as the 65mm stud (with nuts fully screwed into the stud)
so by using 79mm sutd you should have an extra 14mm for you to play with
