Ahh ok.
Then in my opinion they dont work either because of a poor earth or they arent part of the fog light looms.

Take the grey plug of the back of each front foglight, turn the front foglights on & see if there's 12 volts at each grey plug using a multimeter. |
I already done that, and checked it with multimeter, and the fuse in the F6 is 15M brand new,but there is nooo +12v in any of the 2 plugs

This is a pic of my cluster, and as you can see I have the 2 fog lights icons on,for the front and back, the front don't work, but the rear is working fine.
So is there something have to be checking inside the car (BSI)fuse or something missing???

According to some Peugeot instructions i found on retrofitting foglights the engine bay fusebox needs changing you should have BSM B2 presently fitted and you need to fit BSM No PR 6500.P4
It also says remove F2 fuse on fitting new part if your car is not equipped with an electrical fuel pump ie DW8 ENGINE.
You also need to enable the foglight option in BSI but i think you have already done that
The instructions came from the foglight upgrade part no 9682L4 multiplexed 2002 onwards for non-sport front bumpers but the fusebox part or the stalk (comm 2000 with F &R FOGLIGHTS) isn't included.I got it cheap on ebay to replace some broken foglights,so i haven't done the upgrade myself.

The one where you have slotted the extra fuse in for F6 position.
Is there 12 volts on the metal terminal where the fuse connected?

I will check the number of the fuse box I have fitted now,and match it with the number you gave me,and see if it match or not, thank you for your reply
