My car just passed MOT, but having car handling problem. When i drive the car above 40mph the car sometime sway into right then back into left instantly. Will be more obvious when on countryside road or rough surface road.
Basically i changed 2 new front tyres, 2 shock absorbers, 2 new wishbones, 2 arb bushes and droplinks. Wheel alignment as well before i go for MOT and it passed withou any problem. I have check all the suspension componenets and it all seems alright. If anyone have any experience or experience on this i will need some advice since already spent so much money trying to solve this problem. Cheers!

I've heard of this happening for a few reasons.
Most common is a brake inbalance/binding of some sort (Should of been picked up by the MOT though)
Tracking - But you've had that done and it's usually not as bad as yours sounds
Balljoints in the wishbones (But you've replaced them - although this is what it sounds like to me personally as I've had it and this was the problem)
Another option could be the topmounts, were they replaced? Are they in good condition? Is the top bolt definatly as tightend correctly?
I know it's not a great deal of help but these are the few things I've come across in the time I've been working on my car and others. It could be none of the above but it's a shot in the dark with things like this sometimes

A mate of mine had the same thing, IIRC it was a track rod end that was on its way out.

sounds like the bottom ball joint on the wishbones, did you replace them with proper pug ones? i didnt and they have worn again within 4months!! could also be some excessive play in the trackrod end

thz guys, i will have another check on all those components. Suspect the front disc brake because both my disc brakes have rough rusty edge and might cause the pads binding into the disc.
