got the car back earlier and all seems fine the man who toke the car for repair said that the cable had got to its full adjustment so had to replace the cable

small update today. replaced the number plate bulbs for LED's
will get a better pic when it gets darker

some more update today.. started to spray the black trim in renault black gold paint around the car as the sun is out
in primer
after lacquer
also got myself some 206 tailored mats from purgeot

today sprayed the bonnet vents to match the black trims... pics dont really do the colour justice

did you do that with cans or spray gun?? made a bloody good job if it came from cans!!!

so more done today sprayed the centre console in the black to match the black trim around the car
just waiting for em to dry so i can refit them

very easy to get a finish like that out of cans if you take your time and do the prep properly and take your time when painting and just do light coats
the weather at the minute also helps

rub the item down with wet and dry to give it a key and to smooth it. panel wipe to clean , light coats of colour i done 3 light coats of black and when the colour is tacky , almost dry do light coats with lacquer . leave to dry for atleast an hour to refit. if you want a perfect mirror shine wet and dry and lacquer and spray again . wait to dry and use G3 t-cut and polish
