when i turn my indicators on my lights come on automatically and then the indicators go back off and i have to hold them down or up to make them work and also the horn works when it wants to lol so i was wondering if this was the comm 2000 unit and if so how long does it take to change

Depends on the year of your car. If its multiplex then it will be the comms unit. The same thing happened to mine. I just delt with it until i thought it was dangerous and bought another one. Took 10 mins to change.

its a 52 plate 206cc and has the newer style rounded levers and the cd player control thing if this helps im pretty sure its multiplexed

Correct
Drivers airbag & steering wheel have to be removed to replace it.

There used to be before all the forum info was lost, cant find it at the moment.
You also need to shut the BSI down correctly & disconnect the battery before you remove the drivers airbag.
