sand the parts of the spoiler that will be tiger sealed onto the car so the tiger seal can bond to the spoiler as well as the car. I had the same problem when I first did mine, keyed both the car and the spoiler in areas I was going to attach them by and then tigersealed it, almost a year on now and still holding firm

Peugeot designed the spoiler to be bolted to the car for a reason
Mines bolted & bonded.

Still would really love a how to on bolting the spoiler on, one bodyshop I went to told me to drill through the top of it then go over it with filler and re paint, I think he could see my heart breaking when he said I would have to repaint,
Any other guides it ideas?

There should be threaded holes at each end of the spoiler, think there around M6 size.
You have to drill the tailgate.

Good look with drilling it yourself going to be damn hard to get it lined up right. If you are a few mm off (which is very likely) it will be difficult to correct it.
What's the problem with tigerseal? it sets rock hard I have had mine on for a year and it's still solid.. unless you mean it falls off when it's trying to set?
I don't think you are doing something right.

A new genuine Peugeot spolier in the box comes with an idiot proof drilling template
I fitted mine myself, if your careful how you mark & drill the holes there isnt a problem.
