Film the noise, or get someone to try and pin point it for you

I may have the same noise, but i just put that down to exhaust, happened after i lowered her more

Ill try film thw noise and is the anti roll bar easy to adjust incasw it is that?

13mm hex bolts on the trailing arms

You need to do the shock bolts VERY (obviously within reason) tight. They is so much pressure on them it's so easy for them to come loose. Exactly the same happened to me and yes it sounded like a knocking noise.

Just tighten them and it should solve it.

Now Solved!

Was what Harry said

Nuts needed tightning up as they were not very tight, just that it said on box not to tighten them which confused me

Thanks for everyones help

over tighten i guess.

Let's hope he tightened them with the car on the floor and not up in the air, otherwise it may be a case of early bush death soon to come o.O

Speaking of which, I still have a set of 180 shocks sat under my bed that I havent yet fitted lol!

I thought I had tightened mine but they rattled a fair bit so put quite a lot of pressure on them and have been fine ever since Smile
