rite guys ive been trying to find this out 4 a long time. even the local pug dealer dont know the answer tbh. is there a fuel filter on a gti 180?? i know 4 a fact there's nothing in the fuel lines or on the engine. is there one of thos stupid ones in the fuel tank???

"Apparently the outlet of the fuel tank is a bolt off job and contains a self cleaning filter?!? I've never heard of that before. The admin on PSOOC's 206 GTi 180 page told me this so it must be fairly reliable info." (from french performance website...)

yes there is one in it somewhere but its one of those self cleaning ones that you dont have to change Wink

engine lumpy on tick over, kinda "backfiring" well burbling when taking foot off gas and while driving feels like shes missing 4 a sec every now and then

I won't be the icv it's a differnt system. And won't be a the vvt solenoid trust me I now when that goes the car won't rev. I had I similar problem with mine when it was cold it was horrible to drive till it had been running for a bit. You haven't got ngk plugs in it have you?

mine is very slow to accelerate when i first get in it in the mornings. then all of a sudden it will accelerate like hell. and yeh its got ngk plugs in it but its had them in since ive had it (2 n half years) and this probably has only just started bout 3 months ago

There is no ICV on a 180.
