Could do with a picture of a 206 PREPLEXED fusebox. Under steering wheel please.
I ask because I have re-wired my cooling fan, and when I have turned on the AC I still can't hear a 'click'.. Now I know the fan works as I have bypassed the relay switch (after buying two new relays) yet I can't be arsed to leave the car running til it gets to 90+...
So after inspection of the fuse list compared to my fusebox, I *think* that I may have a fuse missing. however don't wanna go sticking a fuse in anywhere. So, please. Picture of your drivers footwell fusebox please.

If you have no gas as no pipes are there that could be your problem then.

Right. Thats that. The clicking isn't my problem, it's just the fan still doesn't engage.
So what about the fuse 'missing'?

pretty sure i havent got gas in the system and mine does click in when pressed.
although, my fan doesnt work due to wiring rot at the relays (now rewired), so cant be sure what else its affecting anyway.
air doesnt feel cool iether.
if you still need a pic i can sort you one in the morning.

if fan does not come on with the air con check the low speed fan resistor located in the radiator fan housing you can get to it if you loosen the two 6 mm bolts holding the bottom of the bumper and get at the bolt holding the resistor to the housing if you use a multimer on continuity setting you are looking for continuity between all 3 pins or measure the resistance it should be 0.8 ohm
