Vinyl wrapped. You could do almost anything then.
Get a picture of a dog holding a steering wheel and put it on the door so it looks like the dog is driving. Maybe a picture of an engine for on the bonnet, bumper and wings so it looks like its in the car.
Possibilities are endless.

its an idea passed around my head yer Laughing i know the laws etc and there would poss be another solution to keep it legal yer. its just one of a few idea atm anyway,
