It's not that heavy. I'm not super strong but can carry them 1 handed. 205 Gti gearbox

Not sure what gearbox your on about lol. But my 1.4 gearbox is pretty heavy. Defo a 2 handed job.

man up get on your a**e next to it an haul it about 30-40kg isnt that heavy

i took a 1.6 gearbox out and wouldnt have said it was too heavy tbh one handed job to carry 
the engine was a lot heaver tho

I fitted a new clutch on my 1.4 hdi and lifted the box out and back in without assistence.

Its very heavy but im not the strongest boy alive...I was unable to bench press it back into the engine when i took it out.
