So here is a picture of the shasis seat bolts
Question is do I need this stick out upside down screw? It is stopping me from getting the seats down

you will need M 8 40mm bolts to mount the seat.
cobra said you can use the oem bolts but i found it's a bit too short (oem is M 8 30 or 35mm i think)
as i have no idea how to remove that bits

Yes. It sits in a hole in the runners to help guide the seat.

All it is, I'm trying to put seat on but that screw is pushing it off... So might have to cut it down so I can fit it properly
