i thought the resistor was only on the internal heater/fans not the main engine fan?

nope the resistor is on the main fan under the relays.

Do all 206's have the resistor? Is it just those with air conditioning?

mines aircon , so i dunt know if non aircon use them or not.
...just ordered 2 relays and a resistor from peugeot to collect on thursday.
hopefully itll sort out mine.
