a pug/citroen dealer/specialist would have it and it takes minutes to do, so you'll be charged an hours labour at most.
i have the cable to do it but when i retrofitted the fogs had to pay a guy to activate them for me. maybe there's someone on the forum near you with PP2000?

yes the fuse box is easy to swap, once you've shut down the BSI and disconnected battery, it's a straight swap over.
go out and check you definitely don't have the fuse first though, it could make it a lot easier for you should it already be there.

if you have the fuse (or at least a slot where you can insert a fuse) then you will only have to physically plug the looms into the fog units, and still get it activated through the BSI by computer.
