hi guys/girls my 180 had 1 hell of a hole in the exhaust, which after inspection has been located in the flexi!!! now am i right in thinking the Flexi+CAT are all in the same part? if so what is going to be my best option in peoples opinion? spoke to the guy at powerflow and he said he could do me a manifold back with new flexi and use my old cat custom system or do i stay with genuine parts? :S

cheers, Finbow

I think it is one piece, I'm not using a genuine part on my 180. I had my cat custom made by Longlife exhausts and I reckon it's better than the original. (sounds better and feels better on acceleration). Aslong as you go with a reputable dealer/company you should be fine.

a CAT from peugeot is about £1,000. Original ones are also sports CAT's

I' so go with a custom made one from a reputable dealer, I'd expect to pay circa £600 though.

I believe the original ones are 400cell sports cats though, the one I had built is a 200cell and you can feel the difference. £600 is a little excessive too, I managed to have mine done for £300 fitted.

Longlife will do the 200 cell cats. Either visit them or pay a fortune from the dealer! Laughing
