Hi all, im having a problem with my blowers and nobody i know has managed to figure out what it is.
When i turn them on, hot or cold there is a noise (like a whirring noise) coming from like where the passenger airbag is, any idea what this could be and how to get rid of it?
If i turn blowers off it stops so im stuck for where to look
Cheers for any help you lot

i believe its in the dash behind the controls and can be reached by removing the glovebox.
Thats the only thing that moves the air, so it makes sense its that.

go on servicebox and type your vin in, then under job click electric unit on the left, then go down to comfort and convenience and click "heating /air con". When the list appears click the one starting with "air puller" and you get a diagram of the system up which shows where the motor is located.
Im about to change my blower motor resistor because my setting 1 doesnt work lol

Do you have digital climate control?
As there are 2 types of blowers.
I had to replace mine as it was making an annoying squeaking noise on low speed.
