I could have bought a red 180 when I was looking for a 180! But I could see evidence of overspray on both inside-B-Pillars. Was quite hard to spot, but I got down on my back and noticed that the lower sill on one side was corroded. Crash damage.

Mine is mint, it still is! I've never pushed it handling-wise.

When you get to my age, you tend to appreciate a properly treated car and treat it with kid's gloves Wink Plus, most of the money that bought it 3 years ago (£6,000) was money from my Nan when she sadly passed-away.

Onyx Black 2005 206 GTi 180, 44K miles, FSH, standard (apart from a K&N panel air filter, Angel Eyes and groovey rear & groovey front holy discs!)

Haha well pointed out, that's a very valid point, if it's a well trimmed one I wouldn't mind lol

I prefer the closely manicured kind myself, but beggars can't be choosers 'an all Very Happy

So apparently everyone knows my financial situation? If I wanted a 180 I would have bought a 180 simples Smile

Yeah I'm a bit like you treat things like I want them to last forever, and when you've paid cash for them you tend to look after them even more, plus yours will have some sentimental value because of your nan, don't get me wrong I do put my foot down occasionally but normally on slip roads onto m'ways etc, never been one to throw my car into corners contrary to what the pictures on the first page suggest, I've spent well over a £1000 since feb getting the car looking as nice as I thought it could look, I did this knowing the money I spend is dead money and your never gonna see it again if you sell the car, but that's the point of being a genuine car enthusiast and lover

A proper big bush is sometimes advantageous though. You can lose yourself in it whilst pondering the meaning of life 'an all that malarkey.

I think I'm gonna give the guy a call regarding this 180 to see if I can go and look on Friday, the missus won't be happy as she wants me to get a diesel as I drive a 66 mile round trip to work lol, the way I see it is the 180 will be alot more fun to drive than a diesel to work every day

How bigs your wallet if you can afford to do 66 miles in a 180? I can barley afford to in a 1.4 haha
