Hii,

So i've got another problem with the 206. Just had the head gasket done on the weekend which got rid of the horendous oil leak i had.

Went out for a drive earlier and there's loads of smoke coming out of the bonnet and from the exhaust and so i park up and there's oil leaking from the joint between the gearbox and the engine, the gear have been feeling really loose then heavy randomly.

It only leaks when the engines on though. Its had 3 or 4 oil changes recently to remove water contamination.

Is the gearbox gone or what could this be?

Thanks

Aegean Blue Gti 180.

could be that the gaskets gone. i.e the seal on the gearbox, the gears could be feeling odd because there isnt enough oil in the box any more, its common for them to *weep* from the seal, not fully leak out though
