My garage as just replaces all of my door motors and the tailgate motor
after my central locking failed a couple of weeks ago. Obviously my car had a diagnostic check to ensure all the motors were not operating.
However the garage told me that although this was a common problem they have never known for all the motors to go at the same time.

As anybody experienced a similar situation to this I am worried it could happen again i would have thought a fuse would have blown first or there
should be some sort of protection to stop this happening.

Do they work now? I have recently had a similar issue. My battery went fudged and spazzed out all of my electrics. immobilising the car and busting the central locking and the electric windows. IT only remobilised itself when I pulled the plug for the motor in the tailgate. Not looked at it yet as I have a more serious problem.

Yes its sorted now Peugeot wanted (hold your breath) £625 to fit 4 door motors and a tailgate motor. I managed to get the parts from a scrapyard and my garage charged me £50 to fit them. Total was about £120. Still cannot believe they all knackered together.
