I see on your earlier pictures that you have a lambda sensor on the old manifold, where has this been redirected to on your new raceland one?
Would be good to see you get a dyno graph mate

Same place currently as its a de-cat system. The dyno run is post poned duue to lack of funds for a new hi flow cat. Once I have that the lambda will be relocated to under the car just before the mid section. Then ill bbe getting it dyno'd

So you are getting a cat welded in? Mines on the downpipe you see and I have two lambdas
Hows your mpg with it?
I keep asking you questions haha, but you seem to be getting quite far with 1.4 tuning

Thanks lol.
I have two aswell a pre cat and a post cat sensor. The raceland will accomodate for these, once I get the cat it will be welded in place undeer the car, then I will weld up one of the lambda holes on the raceland and fabricate it to be fuurther down ( after the cat)
If I drive carefully for a week I can normally get 470 miles to a tank. Hard driving it can drop right down to half that. Surprisingly it hasn't effected mpg as much as I estimated

So I haven't uP dated for a while.
Currently the changes are a hi flow cat welded into the front of the mid section with the post cat lambda sensor relocated. This caused a little problem as the sensor was knackered. I then replaced that with a ngk sensor and all seemed ok for a short while. But then the eml and anti pollution fault was back.
After looking into it the hi flow is taking my emmissions slightly out of the tolerances of the ecu. Still mot passable but still flaggin the eml.
With this is mind the car is booked in at AmD Essex for a mil eliminator and stage 1 remap. This is on the 27th. Should be interesting!!
Other then that I've only given her a post winter Swiss vax detail. But then someone keyed down my wing. So within the next month she's going in for a full respray
Dyno prints will be posted after the mapping. Comments welcome!

Bugger to hear you got your wing keyed, always a pain when things need repainting due to someone being stupid
The exhaust sounded lush when I heard it, good to hear you are pushing on with it, I'm interested to see what results you will get

Yeh I needed some re spraying done anyway but still not happy!
Thanks I like it tbh it's a bit quieter now because of the hi flow but still good sounding. The sensor is weird mate so if u do them same exhaust be aware it will annoy you a bit lol
Really looking forward to AmD trip. I know people say not to bother with a 1.4 but ATM I can't leave it where it is because of the irregular running. But hey it will be worth it in my mind

Yes when cold it pops loudly at about 4000rpm gear change and once warm it pops on over rev (5000rpm) and also when cruising or coasting it has a little flurry of pops
