ive got a red warning light coming up on the right hand side its a zigzag line with a straight line across the top? does anyone know what this is it comes on a goes off i havent got a manual

mabey coolant light ? have you checked water/coolant level
Think the only red warning lights are handbrake/brake fluid ,battery/alternator and coolant.
My dads peugeot van has coolant light come on and off sometimes dunno why because he just had coolant changed and topped up .

thats probably what it is then because ive never seen it before, its so hard to check the level because the tank is white great design not
