Got stuck in traffic on the M1 Saturday. Came to a stop behind a saab. Some little fellow decided to plough straight through my beautiful 2.0 GLX 206 which I loved dearly. The back end is caved in and front end smashed up on the Saab. Can't believe it, such a nice car wasted because some idiot wasnt looking at the road! It's sure to be a w/o

Luckily he was insured. Don't think I'll have a nice 206 like that though, but I'm looking for a 'new' one....

bugger Sad

Sorry to hear it. They are all just cars in the end though and noone was hurt.
Don't argue the opinions of idiots.
They will bring you down to their level and win through experience.

Cars are replaceable, you're still here. You're also both covered so I'd say thats a win really. (Plus an excuse for a new project thread?!)

Do you have any pictures? I would love to see how beautiful it was. Such a shame.

Thanks

Indian guy from Belgium. Luckily, he is insured. If he wasn't insured, he would end up looking my car does right now...

No the t**t was the guy who hit me thank you very much. I was stationary, and nothing was behind me when I braked (yes I check my mirrors). He came screaming up, and was telling his kids to be quiet, then turned around around to find my 206 in his face.....

This very nearly happened to me in the Winter. Watched some silly woman lose control of her car and come careening towards to back of mine in the rearview at a roundabout queue. She braked so hard that her car fishtailed and stopped about an inch from the back of mine. She looked sheet white and had her hands over her mouth. Hopefully she now pays more attention to the road.

Sorry to hear about your car. I still think foreign drivers should take a mini driving test before being allowed to drive in this country. Especially lorry drivers.

Wow, that's pretty intense.

Can I ask, what is going on with the guy in front? Does he claim off you or the original guy who caused the crash?
