ok doing the coolant this morning, found the drain plug.
open it and catch the coolant; surprising there is only about 3-3.5L come out.
(from the manual i think it should be at least 6L?)
anyway. top it up with new coolant, it only take about 3L of coolant
that doesn't sounds right to me
it there any other plug that i need to open in order to drain all the coolant?

so you are saying the drain plug is not used to drain the coolant ?
or do you mean i have to flush the remaining coolant out with water?

Think of all the coolant in the engine block. By undoing the drain tap or bottom radiator hose you are just emptying the reservoir and radiator. The coolant in the block doesn't come out unless you flush the system through.
I think there's a core plug in the block possibly behind the flywheel but you'd have to be desperate to take that out!

I've seen some just take the pipes off the water pump to try and get some of it out

Take the thermostat off as well to drain the block then flush the system through.
