That is partly correct.

If the cabin temp sensor picks up the temp inside the car is a lot different from what the climate control system temp is set to then the climate control will automatically turn back on & will try to heat up / cool down the cabin to get the temp back to what temp is selected.

I dont have aircon? But have climate control
