Somebody went into back of me when i was stationary smashed a rear light and damaged bumper slightly.
How much will cost me to replace the light and fix the bumper?
Should i pass this bill onto other person?

Definitely pass it onto them, anyone who runs into the back of someone is liable, I'd get it all fixed through their insurance

Definitely its there fault, first day i was driving some women went into the back of me, so she had to fork out for a new bumper for me. If you don't want to go through the insurance get afew quotes show them to the person and explain you want the money before the works done (otherwise they could end up not paying and you have no proof of the damage once its fixed)

If you contact your insurance and tell them they should be able to find who it is and sort it out

Why didn't you get a number off her? If all you've got is her number plate you'll have to contact the police to contact her to get insurance details I think

If you've got her number call her and ask if she wants to go through her insurance to pay for your damage or would she prefer to pay cash
