had a look through but could`not find a how to...or a thread on this...Just Ordered New Discs/Pads...
do i need a re-wind tool or does the caliper piston just push back ?

Is this for front or rear?
CD-530d wrote up a how to on changing the front discs and pads, if its the rear then you do pretty much the same as you would do for the front but as you say i believe you need to wind the piston back into the caliper in order to fit the new pads.

Resar you could do with a wing in tool but car get it back with the twist and push method

it is better to get the winding tools tbh, even the crap ebay s*** still works fine

i still got my wind back tool from my vectra c...hoping that will work
got pads/discs for all round...
