My 206 1.4hdi injectors o rings and copper seals need changing, have removed enough of the top of the engine to get clear access only to discover that the are seized into the engine, are there any cheap way to remove the injectors safely as i can't afford to damage any expensive components at the moment.

you need proper hydraulic puller to remove the injector, or at least a sliding hammer with proper adaptor there is no way you can remove them by bare hand.
