Ive bought some Vortex alloys off of ebay to replace my Foudres, ive heard that the bolts are different and I need to buy new ones! Was just checking, are these the correct size - www.ebay.co.uk/itm/16-...1e63dc0da4

No.
You need to go to Peugeot and buy the original bolts that are for the Vortex.
Part Number - 540567
Price inc. VAT - £2.26 each
So you need 12 of those and a set of McGard locking wheel nuts which are flat seated.
