I've been looking at a couple of How to's on the forum in regards to removing the wings and front bumper. I would like to have a go myself and save myself over £500 in labour. In what the "How to's" seem to look simple to do.

In one of the threads, I came across this image and was wondering what is the object that is circled in red?

I would like to also ask, how easy is it to change a door?

Thanks guys.

Changed the door on my last 206, took about 20 minutes and was fairly easy. Would be better to have two people so one can hold it in place while the other fits it.

Dont know what that thing is though but you dont need to touch it. I replaced the wings and bumper on my old car as well and that it just a case of undoing bolts, just a bit of a boring job but not that hard.
