Nope the end of the pipe will be open, but fluid wont come rushing out it will drip, you will have to bleed the brakes afterwards, id get some fresh fluid & bleed all 4 corners.

Id use the correct sized flare spanner on brake pipes, normal open ended spanners can end up causing you issues if it chews the hex of the pipe fittings up.
