I'd love that engine in the little orange shed.....Bit of a waste though.

As for the oil, shouldn't you be running something like 10w60 race oil?

This 206 IS going on a trackday despite it's every effort to stay at home in the garage!

The 5W/40 is recommended for hydraulic lifters and should be fine.... Its Miller oil as well Wink

I just found this "before video" of the car after first mapping session at Mtech in 2009.

Heres the first mapping results..... engine is as tight as hell. The idea is to get the torque figures right and the power should follow. Here is the graph after mapping. First run 190 odd HP, second run without alteration to mapping just under 200HP and the next run produced a figure of 205HP. It seems the little engine has some more to give yet. So its been left for now with the timing backed off a fraction to stop any chance of detonation and I will do a rally with it to loosen things up and we will have another mapping session to tweak it up after that.

FEAST YOUR EYES..... THIS IS ON STANDARD CAMS Laughing

5. Heavy duty race spec bearings.
6. Uprated oil pump.

Can you give any detail or brand for that? And is your pistons 2 ring ?

And my guess about RR. If you still in standart cams i think 205 hp with a good cam you will see 225 hp Smile

I think I'm winner about hp guess competition. Smile
