My rear.door won't open from the inside or out, iv had the door card off and the arms are still attached to the linkages on the latch itsself and iv pressed the linkages by hand and the door still won't open ,any common problems ? And is the latch itselff up the spout ? Is there a way of getting the door open to get to the bolts holding the latch in place Many thanks ben

if what you say is true then your lock needs replacing - i can scan and post the lock bit of haynes if you need it
