for the front you can just go and get that resprayed or find a new bumpstrip in the colour of your car i wouldnt expect to pay more than say £20 for one in the right colour or to get one of these resprayed
as for the rear its in the rear 1/4 panel so may cost a fair bit unless the can bang it out from the rear and smooth it with a bit of filler and so on 
thats as much help as i can be but best bet would be take it to an actual bodyshop and ask them

thanks, i have been told by friends that the back panel would probably cost quite a bit, i dont know about beating out because its bent in on the upper rim bit of the arch (sorry if that dont make sense) i just hope it isnt a complete replacement part and respray

Local NON insurance approved body shop should be able to sort it all out easily enough

i had a dent in the rear 1/4 panel and was quoted 120 to get the dent knocked out filled, and resprayed

Basing it on the prices I got to sort my door. I think you will be looking at around £250-£300.
You will need the dent pulling out. Then it needs to be sanded down, filled, sanded again, painted. Then it will need blending into the drivers front door for a decent finish.
