Hi guys, just a quick one. My 206 lx 1999 1.4 has started to make a worrying sound when i turn right. It sort of makes a clicky/creaky sound intermittently till i straighten the wheel up again. It happens at all speeds. Got me worried its just gonna snap off one day while im on my travels..haha also i dont know if it related but when i set off in 1st i get a whooshing sound intermittently from the front wheels that gets faster, the faster i go! Any ideas guys? cheers. Joni

Clicky/creaky could be the CV joint.

I thought it might be the CV joint. Just phoned a garage for a quote and he wasn't sure if you could just get the joint on it's own or wether it just comes as a full driveshaft! Any ideas on that? Joni

it normally come as a complete shaft.

although there is company who rebuild driveshaft might be able to order the CV joint alone for you.
